Who We Are

Helpr Labs provides a platform that connects people who need help with people who can help. We do not perform the services ourselves and are not a party to agreements between users, except as described in these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Marketplace Rules

Users may post requests (“Needs”) and respond with offers (“Offers”). When a need is accepted, it may create a transaction. You agree to communicate respectfully and comply with applicable laws.

Payments and Fees

Payments may be processed through third-party processors (for example, Stripe or Paystack). Platform fees may apply and will be disclosed in the app. You authorize us and our payment partners to process payments, refunds, and chargebacks consistent with the transaction flow.

Disputes, Refunds, and Chargebacks

If there is a dispute, we may review available information (such as messages, status history, and payment records) and may facilitate refunds or other remedies where appropriate and permitted. Payment provider disputes (chargebacks) may be governed by the provider’s rules.

Safety and Verification

We may offer verification features. We do not guarantee the identity, conduct, or performance of any user. Use caution and good judgment when interacting with others.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful content, or use the Services for illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms or for security, compliance, or safety reasons.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helpr Labs disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
